So I FINALLY figured out what was causing my tv to mess up with DVI and long story short, I now have my computer hooked up to my tv in high def...my hardware seems to be okay with it too! I just finished playing a 5 hour stretch of bioshock on "dual display" settings meaning it was showing in real time both on my monitor and tv..really nice frames per second, can't really complain. The audio coming from both sources (tv+pc) gives the game an eerie full surround sound kind of feeling and several times when splicers were whistling I had to look up to make sure it wasn't someone outside.

New Years Eve is looking promising :3! Now if only someone would gift me mirrors edge and or silent hill V. XD

Well, the first bunny problem reared its messy head today. I was completely taken by surprise, because I've never seen Tiko make so much....mess. It was awful. It was everywhere. Luckily he's smart enough to realize his cage is "his house" and he only messes in his house and not mine, but it was still a pain to clean up. I guess I fed him too many greens this week. Cleaning *HIM* up on the other hand was a complete nightmare. After an hour of fidgeting with an increasingly terrified and frantic rabbit using catwipes, I just did what I wanted to do in the first place and made a shallow basin of warm water to rub over him. IT WORKED. Yeah. Fuck catwipes. I'm getting some bunny shampoo soon.

In other news, emotionally I'm ready for the second rabbit. finanfically..I am not, but soon I think I will be if I keep on taking project jobs like I have been doing.

Hey everyone. I tried to get back into LJ for awhile and it worked, but lately I've been slacking off again. I've just been keeping myself extremely busy and I haven't maintained the online presence I want to because of it. I just figure..if it's something pressing enough that people will contact me through aim or msn. I never really post to LJ anymore because the only thoughts I feel worth writing about have been rather depressing lately, and I deleted my journal last time because it was just filled with that crap. Noone likes a constant downer.

Hmm..maybe I'll cheer up when I'm off my financial diet. It's been ages since I've gone to see a movie, and maybe it's a little silly but I think it did alot to regulate my moods back when I did. I've been staying away from the alcohol and indulging in some "me" time now and again, but it really feels like I'm missing something. I have a fairly good idea of what it is.

Home again. Party was fun altough I was so tired I think I might've dozed off at one point << I don't think that anyone noticed though. I'm not entirely sure why this is but I've noticed that alot of anime and furry art tards are always starting their LJ community posts with "omgimsobrokebymyshit, my apartment rent is due and I has no monies and I'm hopelessly broke beyond salvation but hey if you buy my 3 dollar art print then everything will be okay." I mean, i guess I can understand why people would be so desperate as to think that that will actually get them out of the gutter, but in all these posts one normally sees some really freaking expensive copic markers and other supplies in the corner of the picture.

This is turning out to be a pretty good week so far. Unfortuneately, I'm falling behind in my sleep schedule as well as my projects, but I've been very social and am feeling very sociable. Moving out has been almost like coming out of an unexpected coma.

I still need to work on my ds, okayfine.net has not shown improvement in the hosting department, and I've got a couple of plans in the workings.

Maybe Wednesday, I'll just nap through the afternoon and take the evening off to work on projects for awhile. Maybe, maybe not. Very tempted to call in sick and be completely irresponsible. I know that I should be grateful for having my job so I can afford my lifestyle, but really, it's just such an annoyance. I need to stop doing my web duties while on work time though...or at least be better about hiding it.

Luckily they don't have dirt on me yet haha.

Can I go for one miserable week without some sort of deep introspective implosion? Jesus. Clearly I haven't consumed the amount of alcohol required to fry all the synapsas involved with self-deprecation, altough for the sake of science I do propose that I try one of these days.

In other news, MTAC was quite fashionable and I met some interesting people, none of whose names I really remember. I think I left my ice blue stylus in the hotel room, which is a bit of a pity, altough I can imagine that the maid sent it back to her family across the border, providing valuable nourishment and glitter to keep them through the next drought.

Changed registrars after a lengthy dispute when my previous host went under. Now being hosted by Godaddy. Much much more expensive, altough I'd rather pay the extra free than risk severance again.

My face beams with joy in my sad little life and I remind myself once again that there is a point to the endlessly narcissistic tendencies I have on the online world, only further enhanced by the realization that I am in fact receiving stock reports about livejournal!
